Course Description:

The “Practical Business Case Thinking" course provides students with an overarching perspective on methods and knowledge to approach and successfully resolve Business Cases. The training program focuses on in-depth analysis of strategies, problem-solving methods, and real-world challenges faced by leading enterprises, always being updated with the latest developments.

  • Session 1 - Business Case Learning Strategy: 
  • Overview and introducing basic guidelines for approaching Business Case.
  • Sharing from those who have passed the Management Trainee program at various MNCs. 
  • Session 2 - Product Launching Strategy & Marketing Penetration Strategy: Analysis and development of strategic thinking to successfully launch products into the market and grow them, through case studies of Nokia, Grab, FPT, Masan, Hyundai, etc.
  • Session 3 - Working session 1:  Reviewing assignments from Session 1 and Session 2 to reinforce students' understanding.
  • Session 4 - Brand Building Strategy: Building foundational knowledge on Branding and the process of crafting strategies to effectively narrate a company's story to its customers, illustrated through case studies from Burger King, Omo, Heineken, etc.
  • Session 5 - Crisis Management Strategy: Understanding how businesses anticipate, manage, and deal with crises originating both internally and externally, as seen in case studies of KFC, Suntory Pepsico, etc.
  • Session 6 - Working session 2: Reviewing assignments from Session 4 and Session 5, while also reviewing the entire course to reinforce the knowledge gained over the 6 sessions.
