[G.A.P INSTITUTE <> LAZADA] TRAINING ON PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS FOR MIDDLE MANAGERS AT LAZADA

[G.A.P INSTITUTE LAZADA] TRAINING ON PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS FOR MIDDLE MANAGERS AT LAZADA

On August 4, G.A.P Institute conducted the first training session on Problem-Solving for mid-level management teams at Lazada, one of the leading e-commerce companies in Vietnam and Southeast Asia, with over 1,000 employees and 1 million website visits daily.

At the event, the middle management team at Lazada was exposed to effective problem-solving methods following the McKinsey model - an essential foundation that supports each company's strategic decisions. In addition to theory, the training session provides 'real-life' opportunities right in class for participants through 2 case studies from Apple & The Coffee House.

An exceptional point of this training program is that the academic team at G.A.P worked with the Lazada departments to build case studies together right at Lazada. This helps learners have a clearer view of the business and enthusiastically share personal problems with experts, helping them find answers. With enthusiastic guidance from speaker Le Dinh Hieu, Lazada managers had exciting but no less practical group discussions.

After the training program, G.A.P Institute continues to closely support students through the 7-day challenge, helping students continuously review and consolidate learned knowledge firmly and remember longer. Hopefully, G.A.P's efforts will help the middle management team at Lazada have a better basis to make the right decisions for the entire company.

With post-training evaluation scores both at 9 & 10 points, G.A.P Institute will continue to accompany Lazada in other training sessions. Let's look forward to the topics of the following training sessions with G.A.P!
