[G.A.P INSTITUTE DREAMPLEX] LEADERSHIP SKILLS – KEY TO SUCCESS FOR MIDDLE-LEVEL MANAGERS
On September 9 and 10, G.A.P Institute conducted a training session on Leadership Skills for the mid-level management team at Dreamplex, one of the leading enterprises in Vietnam operating in the co-working space business and rental (shared working space). With its motto aiming to not only stop at providing rental services, Dreamplex aims to provide value and a work culture that inspires and motivates employees, thereby helping to develop their business to grow stronger day by day.
The training program was held successfully under the guidance and sharing of Ms. Mai Pham, an I.C.F. Certified Coach and Trainer with more than ten years of experience in personal and business training, coaching, and consulting. The middle management team at Dreamplex has been exposed to work management methods according to the PDCA cycle (Plan – Do – Check – Act), measuring management and leadership abilities according to the 5-level leadership model by John Maxwell - one of the measures for the success of good leaders and managers.
Through the training session at Dreamplex, the enterprise's mid-level management team has an overview of the management and leadership picture in an organization and, at the same time, how to develop management capacity effectively.
The training series has achieved awe-inspiring results with N.P.S.> 80% (Rating the level of extreme satisfaction with the product/service); promoters rated the course 10/10 compared to expectations.
