About Us

G.A.P Institute is a Vietnamese human resource consulting and training organization with the mission of empowering young talents to become globally recognized experts.

After many years of studying and living abroad, the founders of G.A.P Institute recognized the world's prejudices against Asians in general and Vietnamese manpower in particular. However, we always believe in the potential of the Vietnamese, because more than anyone, we understand that Vietnamese talents are capable of dispelling those prejudices.

At G.A.P Institute, our mission is not limited to knowledge sharing but also involves acting as a mentor and advisor, inspiring and sharing career opportunities with our students through our ecosystem – which includes G.A.P Institute, the educational organization MAX Education, and the Hear.Us.Now organization.

Through this, G.A.P Institute defines its role and mission to unlock the potential of individuals and help this talented young generation become globally recognized experts. Our programs focus on empowering Vietnamese talents through training models derived from academic research and global practical experience. In addition, the G.A.P Institute and its teaching staff constantly advise tailoring programs to the needs of each organization – based on experience, understanding, data science, and the genuine care of educators, helping each business achieve high work efficiency and comprehensive business results improvement.
